Ryan T. Sears’ practice focuses on traditional labor/management relations, including collective bargaining, labor law counseling, and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) investigations and litigation in unfair labor practice and representation proceedings. Ryan has represented management in US state and federal injunction matters, strikes, contract administration and negotiations, organizational campaigns, and labor arbitrations. A former NLRB field attorney, Ryan has in-depth experience with the NLRA and the NLRB’s rules and regulations. He also advocates on behalf of public sector employers and those covered by the Railway Labor Act.
