R. Ryan Hoak regularly represents US and international clients in a variety of antitrust matters, including civil antitrust litigations and governmental investigations. He counsels clients in antitrust disputes through every stage of litigation, from dispositive motion practice to discovery, class certification, and settlement. Ryan also advises clients responding to civil investigative demands and works on premerger notification under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
