Ronahn I. Clarke defends employers on a variety of labor and employment matters, including restrictive covenant and wage and hour disputes and claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation arising under federal and state law. Ronahn also counsels employers regarding compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
During law school, Ronahn served as an associate on the Legal Information Institute’s Supreme Court Bulletin and as a publishing editor of the Cornell Law Review. Ronahn also participated in Cornell’s Veterans Law Practicum, where he represented veterans seeking service-connected disability compensation and discharge upgrades, among other benefits.
