Regina Agopian defends and counsels employers in labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class action litigation. Her practice involves workplace discrimination and retaliation, wrongful termination, complex wage and hour litigation, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, and workforce-related counseling.
While in law school, Regina served as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Allison Claire of the US District for the Eastern District of California. She also served as articles editor of the UC Davis Law Review, teaching assistant for Property, Constitutional Law, and Torts courses, and marketing chair of the Negotiations Team.
