Rachel A. Ward helps clients resolve sensitive regulatory, enforcement, and litigation challenges. Her practice focuses on government investigations, crisis management, white collar litigation, and congressional inquiries. She represents clients before state attorneys general, the US Department of Justice, and Congress. In addition, Rachel conducts internal investigations and counsels clients on internal compliance and ethics programs.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Rachel was a first-chair trial lawyer at a global law firm and legislative aide to US Senator Michael F. Bennet of Colorado. Her pro bono practice involves immigration, veterans’ affairs, and civil rights matters. She is an active member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and fellow at the voting rights nonprofit the Committee of Seventy.
