Phyu-Sin-Lin Than
Phyu-Sin-Lin Than advises leading fund sponsors, institutional investors, and alternative asset managers on complex private fund matters and secondary market transactions. Phyu-Sin’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of private investment funds and alternative investment structures. She regularly counsels clients on the formation, fundraising, structuring, and operation of private funds across a variety of asset classes, including private equity, hedge, venture capital, real estate, and impact funds and other bespoke investment vehicles.
In addition, Phyu-Sin assists sponsors and institutional investors with secondary transactions and liquidity solutions, advising on secondary market purchases and sales of fund interests and other secondary solutions tailored to client objectives.
Phyu-Sin is a member of the firm’s Asian American/Asian Lawyer Network and has an active pro bono practice focusing on asylum cases.
