Phoebe Fardell advises multinational and UK employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She assists clients with a range of matters including investigations, Employment Tribunal proceedings, High Court litigation, grievances, dismissals, and global projects. Phoebe completed her training contract at Morgan Lewis, during which she gained experience across the firm’s labor and employment, disputes, corporate, and investment management practice groups.
