Peter Andersen Moir focuses on product liability and toxic tort disputes. Peter is a trial lawyer, representing several large industrial companies involved in product liability cases, including stemming from exposure to asbestos, across the United States. In addition, he represents clients involved in other commercial and personal injury disputes.

Peter has spent his career in courtrooms, most frequently representing corporate defendants in high-stakes product liability trials. He has defended one of the world’s top manufacturers of packaged products, a leading pulp and paper company, and an offshore drilling company in asbestos-related personal injury cases. Peter has served as national trial counsel in cases in various jurisdictions, including Texas, California, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, and Illinois.

A native English speaker, Peter also is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
