Patricia F. Brennan devotes a majority of her practice to the development of innovative impact financing structures and multifunder vehicles for impact investing clients. In addition, Patty advises a broad range of clients on the full suite of financing advisory, including corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, special purpose vehicles, and joint ventures, in connection with leveraged acquisition financings, commercial bank loans, privately placed notes, debtor-in-possession and bankruptcy exit financings, workouts, and other financings.
