Pauline Plancke advises French and non-French companies on employment and labor matters, including individual relations such as management of day-to-day human resources, employment contract termination procedures, transactional agreement negotiation, and the collective aspects of labor law such as restructuring, collective bargaining, and setting up staff representation bodies. Pauline also assists clients with the employment law aspects of transactional operations—including due diligence, employment obligations in the context of operations, and post-closing deliveries. Additionally, she represents clients in labor litigation and conducts internal investigations involving reports of psychological and sexual harassment.
