Patrick J. Lampe advises and represents lenders, arrangers, investors, and issuers on matters involving securitization, structured finance and commercial finance transactions, including offerings of asset-backed securities and commercial paper conduit transactions. Patrick has experience working with traditional asset classes such as automobile loans and leases, equipment loans and leases, timeshare loans and trade receivables, as well as nontraditional asset classes such as collateralized fund obligations, single-family residential rental properties, online marketplace loans, whole business securitizations and media, sports, and entertainment rights.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Patrick was a partner at another global law firm after having previously spent seven years working for both Wall Street and boutique investment banks. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Barry Silverman of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
