Olivia Huang represents and counsels companies in a broad range of corporate business transactions including joint ventures, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters. While attending law school, she worked as a legal intern for multiple high technology companies including Robinhood, Confluent, and Box. She was also a member of the Santa Clara High Tech Law Journal and served as a volunteer for the Broncos Entrepreneurs Advisory Clinic.
