Nagwa Hultquist focuses her practice on complex product liability, toxic tort, wrongful death, and personal injury litigation in state and federal courts. Well versed in high-stakes, sophisticated litigation that can present an enterprise risk to organizations, Nagwa represents prominent national and international corporations, publicly held, privately owned, or those managing capitalized corporate liability acquisition platforms. Nagwa co-leads the firm’s premier asbestos litigation practice and is focused on developing and implementing bespoke litigation management strategies on behalf of all the firm’s major asbestos defense representations.
With significant in-house experience, Nagwa brings a unique perspective to managing long-tail legacy liabilities in impactful ways that meet clients’ distinctive objectives. She collaborates with clients to identify, develop, and execute key strategies aimed at managing litigation risk, including discovery risks and trial risks, and she directs the efforts of a team comprising 60 professionals across 14 of the firm’s domestic offices to ensure alignment and efficiency while driving outcomes that meet clients’ goals and expectations.
Nagwa serves on the firm’s Advisory Board and sits on the board of the Morgan Lewis Foundation. Previously, she served on the firm’s Promotions and Inclusion Committees and was the litigation practice’s Washington, DC office leader for six years.
