Maria Ross focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, primarily debt financing transactions. Maria represents electric utilities and other energy companies in registered offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S transactions, including related exchange offers. She also prepares and administers secured and unsecured, subordinated, and collateral trust indentures, and advises clients on utility mortgage issues and matters involving the Trust Indenture Act.
