Moushmi Gazula focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation. She advises on litigation matters involving utility patents, design patents, trademarks, and copyrights. She has experience assisting in cases in the US district courts.
While in law school, Moushmi served as the president for UC Law SF’s Intellectual Property Association, a student in UC Law SF’s Start-Up Legal Garage, a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and an in-house legal intern for a Bay Area pharmaceutical oncology company. As a legal intern, she drew from her academic background in biochemistry and molecular biology to advise on patent, regulatory, and corporate matters involving life sciences.
