Morgan A. McGreevy litigates complex cases in US state and federal court. He defends employers against a wide range of claims, including unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, and harassment disputes under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Morgan also litigates cases involving class and collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and related state statutes.
Morgan has operational experience managing a business unit and has a broad knowledge of various industries acquired as an underwriter in the property and casualty insurance space. His professional background allows him to operate within a familiar commercial environment and to provide creative legal solutions tailored to the business needs of his clients.
