Michelle Quach represents multinational companies in single-plaintiff and class action labor and employment matters, covering workplace discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, complex wage and hour litigation, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, and workforce-related counseling. Recently, she has focused on issues relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and workplace reopening and safety.

Prior to law school, Michelle worked as a paralegal for over three years at a multinational business immigration law firm serving companies in their employment immigration needs.
