Michael T. Paslavsky focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including securities class actions, merger litigation and shareholder disputes, and claims brought under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael was a securities litigation associate at the New York office of a large international law firm and clerked for US District Judge Mary S. Scriven in the Middle District of Florida. Before attending law school, Michael worked as a credit analyst with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
