Magda El Guindi-Rosenbaum’s practice focuses on investment company and investment adviser regulatory issues. She regularly assists clients with the formation and registration of investment companies and investment advisers. Additionally, she provides ongoing advice regarding various regulatory compliance and securities law issues.

Magda counsels clients in connection with liquidations, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and other business combinations of registered investment companies. She also assists clients in obtaining exemptive and no-action relief from various provisions of the Investment Company Act of 1940.
