Megan L. Lipsky represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Megan is a member of the firm’s safety and health practice, representing clients from initial investigations to trials and appeals. She also counsels on workplace culture, including helping companies and organizations develop and sustain respectful, inclusive, and diverse workplaces.
In law school, Megan served as the senior executive editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and an intern for Judge Florence Y. Pan of the District of Columbia Superior Court. Megan also interned for an Administrative Judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Washington Field Office and was a member of the inaugural class of RISE Fellows, a Georgetown Law initiative designed to serve incoming J.D. students from backgrounds historically underrepresented in the legal profession.
Prior to attending law school, Megan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami where she was named the Outstanding Political Science Student in the class of 2018.
