Mayra Negrete represents employers facing a variety of labor and employment lawsuits. She handles complex wage and hour class actions; representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA); single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims; and ERISA litigation. She also provides counseling to employers on compliance with laws to minimize risk in the workplace.
