Mary Grace Parsons

Mary Grace Parsons counsels and defends clients on a variety of labor and employment matters. She represents employers in single-plaintiff and complex collective and class action litigation and mass arbitrations. As a member of the firm’s wage and hour litigation and counseling practice and its independent contractor team, Mary Grace defends federal and state wage and hour actions. She also handles internal investigations into and defends employers against complaints of alleged harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, and retaliation. Additionally, she helps employers create safe, respectful, diverse, and inclusive workplaces, including by conducting workplace culture assessments and advising clients on issues relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Mary Grace is a member of the firm’s DEI Task Force.
