Marlie Blaise defends employers across various industries in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including single and multi-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Marlie is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and routinely appears before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Marlie also advises and counsels employers on a broad range of employment matters related to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, antidiscrimination policies, leaves of absences, and accommodation procedures.
In addition to her employment practice, Marlie handles a wide range of labor management relations matters for national clients, including management training, strategic advising related to union organizing drives, and collective bargaining negotiations. Similarly, on behalf of clients, Marlie handles labor hearings, elections, arbitrations, and unfair labor practice hearings before the National Labor Relations Board.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Marlie practiced at a global labor and employment firm, where she represented employers before New Jersey and New York state and federal courts and administrative agencies in various employment-related litigation. Marlie also handled numerous labor management relations matters and has represented multiemployer benefit funds, pension plans, and employers in ERISA-related litigation.
