Marc Kassis focuses his practice on structured finance and securitization transactions. He advises financial institutions, investments funds, issuers, and other market participants in offerings of asset-backed securities, warehouse facilities, repurchase transactions, forward flows, and other acquisitions of loan portfolios. Marc has extensive experience with a variety of asset classes, such as marketplace and unsecured consumer loans, credit cards, trade receivables, student loans, mortgage loans, and automobile leases. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Marc was an associate at another international law firm, where he focused on cross-border financings and acquisitions. He is fluent in Arabic.
