Malaika Lindo directs Morgan Lewis’s global efforts to foster an inclusive workplace and drive talent engagement. Working alongside senior leadership and talent teams, she helps cultivate an environment where all individuals can thrive in alignment with the firm’s core values. In this leadership role, Malaika directs a team of seven in developing recruitment, retention, and advancement initiatives, oversees the firm’s Inclusion Committee, supports lawyers and professional staff, collaborates with clients, and partners across firm departments to strengthen engagement, career development, and workplace collaboration.
