Luis Herrero focuses his practice on structured finance, merger and acquisition financing, and secured and unsecured single currency, multicurrency, and cross-border lending transactions under syndicated, club, and bilateral debt facilities. He has experience with several distinct lending products, including secured senior and unsecured asset-based and cash flow loans, loans to distressed companies, and loan transactions in the healthcare, gaming, technology, aviation, and energy sectors.

Luis addresses a wide range of legal issues in his practice, including those pertaining to commercial, bankruptcy, tax, corporate, healthcare, and securities laws. He serves clients such as commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, and public and private corporations in their capacities as agents, lenders, sponsors, originators, or borrowers in a variety of financial transactions.
