Lily B. Teague advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including US and cross-border asset purchases and mergers and acquisitions, involving both public and private companies. Lily has experience working with a range of clients, including in the energy and infrastructure, transportation, life sciences, and food and beverage sectors. Lily also maintains an active pro bono practice involving many areas of public interest law, including asylum, domestic violence, and not-for-profit organizations. Lily is fluent in French and proficient in German.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Lily was an English Teaching Assistant with Fulbright Austria and taught French and German in Nashville, TN. While in law school, Lily worked on the Digest Editorial Board for the Virginia Journal of International Law and was recognized for her pro bono work.
