Leila Diallo focuses her practice on advising private investment funds, fund managers, and institutional investors on strategic investments, fund formation, marketing, and regulatory and compliance matters. Leila also counsels clients on the ongoing management of investment funds and represents buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market. She brings regulatory and legislative experience from her time with the Enforcement Division of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the Eastern Region and her previous role working for a senior member of the House Financial Services Committee.
