Karen Liu focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital, investment funds, and general corporate matters. Karen represents Chinese and multinational public and private companies, large state-owned enterprises, sovereign wealth funds, emerging growth companies, international financial institutions, and venture capital and corporate investors. Karen advises on varied transactions, including cross-border M&A, venture capital investments, and private and public companies’ capital raising. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Karen worked in the Sydney office of an international law firm. Karen is fluent in English and Mandarin.
