Kaitlyn F. Whiteside

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kaitlyn served as in-house counsel at a luxury fashion retailer, advising their nationwide network of brick-and-mortar retail stores as well as their e-commerce stand-alone business. Her in-house experience includes litigation management, contract negotiation, and intellectual property and regulatory advice and counseling.

Kaitlyn also has experience advising, litigating, and negotiating on behalf of unionized employers under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), including organizing campaigns, representation hearings, collective bargaining negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges.
