Josh Adler counsels and defends clients on labor and employment matters, including restrictive covenant and wage and hour disputes and claims arising under ERISA and anti-discrimination laws. He represents employers in single-plaintiff and complex collective and class action litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Josh served as a law clerk for Judge Chad A. Readler of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In law school, Josh was an executive editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and an intern for Judge Timothy J. Kelly of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. He also represented a parent in special education litigation while participating in Georgetown’s Health Justice Alliance Law Clinic. Before law school, Josh served with Teach for America and taught middle school math and science in Cleveland, Ohio.
