J. Michael Jack concentrates on diverse business matters with a particular focus on institutional lending, including corporate credit facilities, asset-based lending, and intercreditor arrangements. He has substantial experience with troubled credits, including workouts, forbearance arrangements, and foreclosures. Throughout the course of his career, he has closed a myriad of transactions that vary in size and complexity, including single-lender and multi-lender credit facilities, and domestic and cross-border transactions. He represents banks and other financial companies as well as borrowers.
