Jessica V. Andrade represents leading financial institutions, private credit lenders, and corporate borrowers in complex commercial financing transactions. Her practice includes syndicated debt financings and asset-based financings. During law school, Jessica was the chief diversity editor for the Northeastern University Law Review and the director of communication for the National Black Law Students Association.
