In addition to traditional commercial aviation matters, Jennifer devotes a portion of her practice to emerging transportation areas, such as UAS, eVTOL, and associated transportation infrastructure.
Jennifer regularly works with airlines, aerospace manufacturers and suppliers, advanced air mobility (AAM) and technology stakeholders, including uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) and electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL), travel sector clients, and investors by bringing together the commercial, compliance, regulatory, disputes, and transactional experience needed to capture opportunity and mitigate risk.
She has deep experience advising clients on issues before the US Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), as well as the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
