Jason L. Chrestionson advises clients on antitrust litigation and compliance counseling, as well as complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients before the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. Specifically, Jason has experience handling “no-poach” and wage-fixing matters, including internal investigations and class action litigation.
Jason was named on Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch” list for 2022. In addition to counseling clients on antitrust litigation and compliance, Jason is also familiar with large, multi-jurisdictional merger control matters.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Jason practiced antitrust law at another large Chicago law firm. During law school, Jason served as a judicial extern for Judge Amy J. St. Eve of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was also a member of Notre Dame’s Moot Court Board and both competed in and served as team representative for the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Jason was also awarded for the highest grade in Advanced Legal Research and Information Technology Law.
Before his legal career, Jason worked for a startup packaged food company in San Francisco, where he managed nationwide operations for sales and distribution.
