Jared R. Killeen represents clients in complex class-action litigations arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). He represents plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and service providers in litigations involving retirement plan investments, fees, and expenses.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Jared was an associate at another global law firm, where he focused on ERISA litigation (including at the trial stage). He also has experience in commercial litigation, securities litigation, and white collar matters.
For six months, Jared served as an extern in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where he was lead prosecutor in a felony jury trial.
While in law school, Jared served as a judicial intern to Judge Paul Gardephe of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, and Judge Francisco Besosa of the US District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
