Jacqueline Dack focuses her practice primarily on traditional labor matters and the National Labor Relations Act. Jacqueline represents and advises clients in matters related to union organizing and representation elections, collective bargaining negotiations, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, arbitrations, and union contract administration and management. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jacqueline worked as an investigator for the US Department of Labor.
