Hayley Reed, Ph.D. represents clients in a range of intellectual property matters, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, due diligence, patentability, and freedom to operate analyses. Hayley’s practice encompasses a variety of technologies related to the life sciences.

As a graduate student, Hayley worked on developing new organic reaction methodologies and is a co-author on a peer-reviewed publication, "Synthesis of Halogenated Anilines by Treatment of N,N-Dialkylaniline N-Oxides with Thionyl Halides," in the Journal of Organic Chemistry (2018).
As a law student, Hayley served as a note and comment editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.
