Harlyn Bohensky concentrates his practice in the areas of structured finance and securitization. He advises clients including financial institutions, loan originators and servicers, investment funds, and investment banking firms on a broad array of structured transactions, including issuances of mortgage and asset-backed securities and acquisitions and financings of mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights, credit card receivables, reverse mortgage loans and reverse mortgage loan servicing rights, marketplace loans, student loans, trade receivables, commercial loans, unsecured consumer and commercial loans (including such loans originated on marketplace lending platforms), manufactured housing contracts, personal loans, equipment leases, auto leases, and various other assets.

Harlyn also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions, general corporate matters, and securities law.
