Gregory P. Ginther represents a variety of financial institutions, including multinational banking institutions, direct lenders, and corporate borrowers in commercial finance transactions. His practice includes syndicated debt financings (both secured and unsecured), with an emphasis on asset-based financings. Greg also advises lenders on acquisition financings and debt restructurings, including debtor-in-possession financing transactions. Greg has particular experience with financing transactions in the retail and sports sectors.
