Gjelina Gjini advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, renewable energy transactions, capital markets, and other general corporate matters. Gjelina also maintains an active pro bono practice involving many areas of public interest law, including asylum and not-for-profit organizations. Gjelina is fluent in Albanian.
