Francesca (Frankie) Allegra-Garofalo focuses her practice on complex disputes, including corporate investigations, white collar criminal defense, and commercial litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining the firm, Frankie served as a law clerk to Judge Alka Sagar of the US District Court for the Central District of California. Frankie maintains an active pro bono practice, through which she helps clients seek asylum in the United States, obtain civil restraining orders, and gain Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
While in law school, Frankie served as chief production editor for the Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs. She also worked as a research assistant to Professor Maximo Langer, analyzing the effects of universal jurisdiction.
