Fannie Law focuses her practice on advising public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Fannie represents clients in a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, energy, and financial services.
Fannie currently serves as an associate representative of the firm’s Asian American/Asian Lawyer Network and is a member of the New York office’s Recruiting Committee.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Fannie worked in compliance and legal project management at an international law firm. She has worked for in-house counsel in the technology and investment management sectors. While in law school, Fannie was the notes and articles editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and advised early-stage startup clients in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
