Davis C. Truslow counsels public and private companies, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on US and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic investments, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and other strategic business transactions. He also counsels public companies with respect to capital markets transactions and disclosure and reporting requirements and advises startups through formation and growth strategies. Davis has experience in a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, life sciences, and fintech.
While attending Boston College Law School, Davis represented startup and nonprofit companies in the Community Enterprise Clinic and published two articles in the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. In addition, Davis previously served as a judicial intern for Judge Marianne B. Bowler of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
