Corissa L. Pennow represents employers faced with labor and employment disputes. She defends clients against unfair labor practice charges and other federal court litigation, supports employers facing union organizing, and represents employers in labor arbitrations. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Corissa focused her practice on all areas of labor and employment law, including advising clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and defending employers in single and multi-plaintiff litigation.
