Nicholas (Cole) Pfeiffer focuses his practice on antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters, as well as investigations involving claims brought under the Sherman Act. He has represented Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, and food and beverage. Cole has experience representing clients, as both plaintiffs and defendants, through all phases of litigation, from pretrial strategy assessment to trial and appeals.
