Clément Vandevooghel advises financial institutions, asset managers, servicers, corporates, private equity funds, and insurance and reinsurance companies on a wide range of financing transactions, including structured finance, securitization, asset-backed financings, derivatives and debt capital markets matters, in domestic and international markets. He also regularly acts for purchasers and sellers of loan portfolios.
Clément has participated in numerous public and private transactions in the securitization area across a variety of asset types, including commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities, consumer loans, trade receivables, corporate loans, credit card receivables, auto loans and leases, nonperforming loans, equipment leases, insurance-linked receivables, public sector receivables, infrastructure loans, and project bonds.
