Chidima Osuchukwu focuses her practice on structured transactions and securitizations in various asset classes, including collateralized loan obligations and mortgage-backed and asset-backed finance products. Chidima advises a diverse range of clients, including issuers, sponsors and underwriters. While in law school, Chidima served as notes editor of The George Washington International Law Review and academic chair of the Black Law Students Association.
