Caroline G. Hackley counsels borrowers and issuers on an array of lending, credit, and other debt capital markets transactions. As a member of the firm’s borrower finance team, Caroline partners with chief financial officers, treasurers, directors of finance, heads of capital markets, general counsel, and other in-house lawyers to help them finance the future of their businesses. While in law school, Caroline served as managing editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law.
