Brooke Bruno represents clients in global outsourcing, commercial contracts, and technology matters. Brooke drafts and negotiates a broad range of agreements including software licensing (cloud and on-premises), implementation and professional services, IT security, strategic alliances, and data privacy. Brooke has also worked with the capital markets team representing public company clients with respect to public filings and private offerings.
She has previously worked at a regional Delaware law firm, Bryn Mawr Trust Company, and Morgan Stanley, gaining experience with corporate law and finance in both the transactional and litigation fields, as well as with bankruptcy and corporate restructuring.
During law school, Brooke served as an associate editor of the Villanova Law Review and was a member of the Corporate Law Society and Sports Law Society. Brooke has degrees in finance and accounting, and graduated magna cum laude from Villanova’s School of Business in 2019. Brooke was also a student-athlete on Villanova’s varsity swim team, earning a championship title and All-Big East status.
